Delivery
The Moonkee Product Guarantee ensures that your Moonkee product will be repaired or replaced (at Moonkee's discretion) if it becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 2 years from the original purchase date, provided that it has been used as intended.


Exclusions from the Moonkee Product Guarantee

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Use contrary to the Safety Information Manuals found on our Product Safety page.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage from external sources like transit, weather, electrical outages, or power surges.
  • Direct or indirect faults caused by negligent use, misuse, neglect, or careless operation.
  • Use of the Moonkee product not following the user manual.
  • Usage with non-Moonkee products or parts.
  • Products taken apart for any reason, including attempted repairs by parties other than Moonkee.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of Moonkee products.
  • Guarantee transfer upon resale of the Moonkee product.

Eligibility for the Moonkee Product Guarantee

The Moonkee guarantee becomes effective on the purchase date (or delivery date if later).

Proof of delivery/purchase is required before any guarantee work can be carried out. Failure to provide proof may result in charges.

All guarantee work will be conducted by Moonkee or its appointed representative.

For products sent to Moonkee or their representative for repair, replaced or faulty parts become Moonkee's property. The repaired or replaced product remains the consumer's property.

The guarantee period will not be extended by repair or replacement of your Moonkee product.

Our return, repair, and replacement process is covered by the Returns Process.

The guarantee is applicable for domestic use of the Moonkee product only.


Additional Information

Moonkee Business LLC reserves the right to replace your faulty product with a refurbished one, tested and graded, under the guarantee. This guarantee offers benefits beyond your statutory consumer rights.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
